The Go MIGHTY PATRIOTS sportsengine platform is secure and your information will be held strictly confidential and used for team-related activities and events only.  It will not be shared with outside third parties. 

If you haven't already done so be sure to download the sportsengine app so you will have real-time access to team information, schedules, updates and notifications.   For now you do not need to request access to a team after completing this form.  We will assign you to the appropriate team(s) once you are in the system.
